Empowering Through Fitness, Fashion, and Purpose: A Journey to a Better Self
In 2018, one year after giving birth to my second child, I embarked on a fitness journey—not because I wanted to become stronger, but because I wanted to regain my pre-pregnancy body. Like many, I had tried and failed several times to stay committed to the gym. Eventually, I decided to give Muay Thai a chance. It didn’t take long before I got hooked, and it became more than just a workout—it became a lifestyle.
Along the way, I met so many incredible fitness enthusiasts, and I realized that my purpose had grown beyond just returning to my pre-pregnancy weight. It became about embracing health and wellness as a way of life. I shared this passion with my husband, then with my kids, and eventually, with the people around me. This is also when I decided to create my social media account. I recognized the power of influence and knew that I could inspire others to be the best versions of themselves. As my community grew, so did the sense of fulfillment I felt from touching others’ lives.
The same passion applies to my work in style and fashion. Some people wonder why I work when being a mom is already a full-time job. Here’s why:
1. I’ve always loved style and fashion. It’s been a passion of mine from the start. And I wanted to turn my passion into something more rewarding.
2. I believe in the power of clothing. Empowering others through personal style is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. I’ve seen how the right outfit can boost confidence and change the way someone feels about themselves. Clothing isn’t just about appearances—it shapes how we carry ourselves and how the world sees us. Watching people grow into their authentic selves through style transformation is incredibly fulfilling.
3. I care deeply about the future. I want to be part of creating a better world for my children. This is why I watch what I eat and made efforts to support essentialism. I’m committed to promoting longevity in fashion—focusing on quality over quantity and embracing slow, intentional consumption.
Now, I feel I’ve truly found my purpose. I strive to be a positive role model for my kids, a supportive wife to my husband, a loving and respectful individual to myself, and a responsible citizen who cares about the world around me.
By taking small, intentional steps, we can make this world a better place to live - it’s a chain effect.
